Our distribution is handled by our parent company Woodland Creek Furniture. We carefully wrap, pad, shrink wrap, box and/or crate the furniture to ensure its safe travel. We take every precaution to make sure your furniture is packaged correctly, shipped timely and safely. Getting our clients their furniture the first time without damage is our primary goal. Local deliveries are done by our company trucks.

Please note that freight carriers deliver the furniture to the customer's curb with standard shipping. It is the customer's responsibility to have the necessary people to carry indoors and set up. Please let us know if you would like in-home set up. The cost of in-home set up is normally 30% to 60% more than curb side service, and may take as much as an additional 2-3 weeks. We would gladly provide you a quote if this service is needed.
Delivery attempts can only be made Monday - Friday, 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. The shipping company will contact you to arrange a delivery time, so a daytime telephone number is required. It is imperative that if you live in a remote area for which it will not be feasible to get a commercial semi-truck to your residence, that you inform us at the time of ordering. Please take into consideration any other obstacles that will preclude trucks from getting to your home (e.g., low utility wires, low trees, steep driveway, etc.). Additional charges will apply if the truck shows up and the delivery cannot be made.
